Nett is a personal net-worth tracker built to keep your financial information private. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.
The short version. Nett does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal or financial data. Everything you enter stays on your device (and, if you turn on iCloud sync, in your own private iCloud account). The developer has no access to it.
Accounts, balances, holdings, categories, and history are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData. None of this is sent to the developer or any third party.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is synchronized across your own devices through Apple's iCloud (the app's private CloudKit database). It is tied to your Apple ID, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple, and not accessible to the developer. See Apple's Privacy Policy for how iCloud handles your data.
To value holdings in foreign currencies, crypto, and stocks, Nett fetches public market prices from third-party services:
Only currency codes and ticker symbols are sent to these services. No personal information, account names, balances, or identifiers are ever transmitted.
Nett Pro is a one-time in-app purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. The developer does not receive or store your payment information.
If you enable the monthly reminder, it is scheduled and delivered locally on your device. No reminder data leaves your device.
